This beautiful handmade Murano glass necklace features handmade Murano glass beads, each one flaked with 24 carat gold foil in a stunning selection of colours.
The Murano glass beads are all 10mm in diameter with perfectly matched colour combinations, including rich golds, emerald, sky blue and dark amethyst. These beads are separated by light topaz, transparent beads at 6mm size, which accentuate the colour of the 10mm gold flaked beads. The clasp and jump ring are 'gold filled'. This means the clasp and 'jump ring' are made with layers of 14 carat gold which not only looks fantastic, but also makes them hardwearing and less likely to tarnish over time, compared with basic 'gold plated' jewellery.
